HUNATE
HUmanity  ·  NAture  ·  TEchnology

Ancient wisdom for a regenerative future.

A citizen led movement in Nepal, remembering how to live in balance with the Earth. We build with our hands, learn from the soil, and design a future that works for everyone.

The Idea

Humanity, Nature, Technology. In balance.

The world we inherited is breaking. Its education, economy, politics, and its relationship with nature are all failing, not by accident, but by design. We call it the failing social system.

Hunate exists to question that design, find what went wrong, and build something better. The name itself is the whole idea, three forces that must move together.

HUmanity
The self, the family, the community. People remembering how to live, relate, and grow with meaning.
NAture
The soil, the body, the land. Regenerative food, healing, and ways of living that give back more than they take.
TEchnology
Tools and systems used ethically, in the service of life and not of profit or control.
We are not an NGO. Not a company. Not a political party. We are humans, building in the open. Our work is our proof.

The Story

It started with a question, and a few friends.

The seed was planted in 2013 as The Joon Project, a quiet attempt to research and redesign how we live with each other, with nature, and with technology. In time it grew a name and a shape, and in front of a small room of friends, the vision was shared aloud for the first time.

Since then it has lived as real work, not slogans. A festival and scout camp for children. A permaculture design course turned into practice. An institutional orphanage softened into a family style home. Music sessions, gatherings, and seasons of building, planting, and learning by hand.

The movement is still growing quietly. If something in you recognises what we are saying, you already belong here.

The Works

Vision & Mission

The 7 · 7 · 7 Initiative

Our first mission is simple to say and hard to do. Turn living places into living proof.

7
Families
Households who redesign their life, home, and land around balance.
7
Orphanages
Institutional homes softened into self sufficient, regenerative families.
7
Provinces
One seed in each of Nepal's seven provinces, so the work belongs to the whole country.
Each becomes a Hunateculture Hub, a place that feeds itself, heals itself, and teaches the next. Hunateculture is our life design system, blending ancient wisdom with modern, ethical innovation. The mission is to make a better way of living visible, and to share it freely.
