Welcome. I have made this as simple as possible. It should take no more than five to ten minutes to read through, and by the end you will know whether what I do is what you need. Please follow along, patiently.
Navigating the Middle Path
Khem Raj Pradhan
Damak, Province No. 1, Nepal
The world we live in is loud, confusing, and manipulative because most of its systems are built for profit and control, not for the unity and evolution of people. I call it a Failing Social System. And most of us are too busy surviving it to notice where it is breaking us.
I am Khem Raj Pradhan, from a small village in the hills of Nepal. My life has been a research project into what it means to be human, moving through doubt, loss, and darkness, and finding my way back to purpose, balance, and clarity. Not once, but many times.
From an early age, I chose a different path. I left behind the implanted desires, found my own books and teachers, travelled, broke rules, lived among different communities, and worked across many fields and cultures. I learned life the inconvenient way, and now I want to share what I found.
I offer my time, experience, and hand as a companion to those ready to step away from the noise and build a simpler, more natural life.
My goal is simple. Evolution over Degradation. Whatever you are facing in your life, your body, or your work, I want to work through it with you, as a friend, find the root cause, and help you move forward. You do not have to do it alone.
Here is how I work, the services I provide, and how to hire me. Everything I provide is based on natural law and regenerative methods to bring back balance and harmony to your existence.
My work adapts to who you are and what you need. Below you will find exactly what I can offer, broken down by who I work with.
You are one person navigating life, feeling stuck, lost, or simply wanting to grow. Whether the friction is internal (your mindset, habits, body, or purpose) or external (your space, relationships, or direction), I work alongside you as a trusted companion to find the root causes and move toward a better version of your life.
When the whole family is ready to work together, I come in as a neutral observer, facilitator, and guide. I help families solve deep-rooted problems, build unity, distribute responsibilities clearly, and design a shared vision for the future, whether that involves a home, a garden, a family business, or simply a healthier way of living together.
I enter a business the way a researcher enters a system, observing quietly, mapping friction, and identifying what is draining energy, money, and morale. I work as an insider observer, not an outsider consultant. My approach is to understand your business from within, then help restructure it into something ethical, efficient, and sustainable.
If you are running a community initiative, social project, or grassroots movement with a genuine mission, I offer my time, research skills, and hands as a companion and collaborator. I believe the future belongs to people who are trying to build something better, and I want to support that work in whatever way is most useful.
Note. All services I provide are natural law-based and regenerative. I care deeply about humanity, nature, technology, and most importantly, the future. Everything is rooted in balance and harmony. I will only provide paths, solutions, and advice that will not harm human evolution or nature.
So much of my advice may be radical, the bitter truth, and far from mainstream teachings and lifestyle. Be ready for it.
Four phases. One clear path toward truth and transformation.
We start by fully reading and understanding this website together. Then you fill out the form to book an hour-long video call with me. If the problem is solved in that call, good. If things are still unclear, we arrange a short week-long visit to your place.
I live closely with you for a week, observing your daily routines, environments, foods, timetables, the people you meet, work patterns, body postures, sleeping and eating habits, and everything in between. Do not worry. That is what you hired me for. I will be your best friend and advisor, making it easy and comfortable.
After a week, I suggest small, specific changes, one at a time. Nothing overwhelming. Only what is truly necessary to shift the direction of your life toward evolution. Every recommendation is rooted in natural law, Ayurveda, spatial intelligence, and systems thinking.
If the process requires more time, I continue staying with you for as long as you need. The journey does not end at a plan. It ends when the change is real and felt in your daily life.
I work with people who are genuinely ready to change. The work I do is not for everyone, and it is not designed to be easy. It is designed to be true.
I will be present, honest, and direct with you. I will not soften the message to make you feel comfortable, and I will not stretch the engagement to extract more fees. If something will not work for you, I will tell you. If we are not the right fit, I will say so before we begin.
I expect the same in return. Honest conversation. Real effort. A genuine intention to change.
A note on commitment. This work requires genuine effort from both sides. If you choose not to follow more than three of the agreed recommendations, whether advice, habit changes, or practical adjustments, the engagement will need to end. This is not a punishment. It is a boundary that protects both your time and mine.
Fees are non-refundable once the work has begun. I ask only that you come with an open mind and a real intention to change.
Brand. Digital. Life. All in One Place.
One studio. One team. One long relationship.
Together with Merina, I run Mery & Khem, a brand, digital, and life studio in Damak, Nepal.
Most people end up hiring one person for branding, another for social media, another for the website, another for content, another for business advice, another for legal, another for personal guidance. The pieces never talk to each other. The brand drifts. The story fragments. Everyone spends more time managing the vendors than doing the work. After three months, no one remembers what the original vision was.
We built Mery & Khem so this does not have to happen.
We work alongside individuals, families, businesses, and organisations who want their life, work, and presence to fit together, not be assembled piece by piece by people who do not know each other.
Some people come to us for branding. Some come because their business has plateaued. Some come for personal guidance, family decisions, or to think through the next chapter of their life. Many come for one thing and discover the work is connected to something deeper. We take all of it as one piece of work, because in real life it is one piece of work.
One studio. One team. One long relationship.
We have organised everything we do into twelve categories. Most clients use three or four at a time, evolving over the months.
Strategy second. Design third. We do not pitch in the first meeting. We listen, understand the situation, and only then design a response that fits.
Real change is visible only from month four onwards. We would rather decline than promise outcomes we cannot deliver in three.
For licensed work (legal, accounting, therapy, architecture, engineering), we coordinate and a qualified specialist delivers under their own licence.
If you want to talk about a specific service, or just understand if we are the right fit, reach out directly on WhatsApp. We answer personally.

The world we inherited is broken. Its education systems, economic models, political structures, and relationship with nature are all failing, not by accident, but by design.
The Hunate Movement exists to question that design, find what went wrong, and build something better.
We are not an NGO. Not a company. Not a political party. We are simply humans, researchers, builders, thinkers, farmers, engineers, healers, coming together without registration, without hierarchy, without agenda, to do what humans are supposed to do. Learn the truth, share it freely, and build a life worth living.
Our three pillars are simple. Humans. Nature. Technology. In balance. In harmony. In the service of life, not profit.
We are in the early stages. The movement is growing quietly. If something in you recognises what we are saying, you already belong here.
